CIMA+Gifting

How it works

Two routes, depending on how many

One gift for one person goes straight through the portal. Ten or more to different addresses goes on a spreadsheet. Both land with the same team and both come back with tracking.

Route one

A single gift

For a baby, a birthday or a get-well — where the list is one name long and should stay that way.

  • Sign in and pick the occasion
  • Choose one of the approved options
  • Enter the address and the card message
  • Confirmed before noon Eastern, it ships the same day
Route two

Ten or more

For the holiday send, or an office doing its whole team at once.

  • Your office lead downloads the order sheet
  • One row per recipient, with their own card message
  • Email it in and an invoice follows within one business day
  • Gifts arrive within the delivery week you choose

What you need to hand

Four things. If you have these, the whole request takes about two minutes.

Timing

Orders confirmed before noon Eastern leave the same day. That is dispatch, not arrival — add the transit time for the destination.

Same day

Confirmed before noon Eastern, packed and handed to the courier that afternoon.

1–2 days

Most Québec addresses, including Montréal, Laval, Québec City and Gatineau.

2–4 days

Ontario, the Prairies, Alberta, British Columbia and the Maritimes.

Allow a week

Remote offices — Red Lake, Thunder Bay, Labrador City — and anything personalised.

Spend and approval

Price points are set per occasion so you are not deciding how much a colleague is worth.

Set in advance

Each occasion has an agreed price point. Everything on the shortlist sits at it, so any of the three is a correct answer.

No purchase order

Single gifts are billed to your office's gifting budget on a monthly statement rather than one invoice at a time.

Shipping is included

Delivery anywhere in Canada is included in the price. Expedited courier for a fixed date is the one exception and is quoted first.

Respecting the budget is on you

Gifting is billed to your own office or project budget, not a central pot. Before you send:

  • Check the price point your office has set for that occasion - they are not identical everywhere.
  • Anything above your tier needs your office lead's approval before it is ordered, not after.
  • Expedited courier for a fixed date is charged on top of the gift price.
  • Spend is reported back to each office monthly, so overages are visible.

Custom gifts

The four shortlists cover the common occasions. They are not the limit of what is possible.

When to ask

A retirement after thirty years, a project team that has just delivered something enormous, a bereavement, or a client who matters more than a hamper.

What to send us

The occasion, the budget, roughly who it is for and the date it needs to land. A proposal comes back with options and a price.

How long it takes

Two to three weeks for anything built from scratch, longer in November and December. Ask early.

Sending ten or more?

Bulk and client lists go through large orders - one spreadsheet, one invoice, each row with its own card message.

If something goes wrong

A wrong address, a damaged box, a gift that did not arrive — reply to your confirmation email. Replacements for anything that arrives damaged are sent at no charge.
